Simple, Flexible Financing
During your initial visit our treatment coordinator will discuss your payment options & insurance coverage.
Our practice offers a wide range of payment options, from flexible monthly installment plans to discounted fees for payments made in full at the start of treatment.
The cost of treatment will vary depending on the complexity and duration of your specific orthodontic case.
For your convenience we accept the following credit cards: Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express.
Payment Options
Payment in full – with a fee discount.
An initial down payment & 0% interest-free monthly payments extended over a flexible period of time. To take advantage of our interest-free monthly payment plan option, payments are processed via ACH (automatic monthly debits from your checking or savings account).
Insurance
We accept most PPO dental insurance plans – Please call ahead with your dental insurance information so our patient coordinator can verify your benefits prior to your consult visit - this way we’ll be able to provide you with an accurate estimate.
Please include your insurance information in our New Patient Form and bring the completed forms along with you insurance card with you on the day of your consultation. You may also fill these forms out in-office on the day of your exam – just be sure to come 15 minutes prior to your appointment time.
Our Treatment Coordinator will work with you to ensure that you receive the maximum benefits available under your insurance policy. The remaining balance after insurance payment can be paid in full (with a discount) or through a monthly payment plan. Interest-free flexible monthly payment plans are available directly with our office. Please review the above payment options.
